CRASH DIET #2: Eat nothing after 3:00 PM

Eat nothing after 3:00 pm, of course, do not eat too much other time. You can lose weight after a week.

You consume less energy when you fall asleep. Thus the excess energy would be stored as fat. Allow yourself a small daily ration of energy. Note you should take enough food at breakfast and lunch to ensure the nutrition you need per day.

Tip: Drink more water, or have an apple when you feel too hungry.
