Drink a glass of water before breakfast. You can add some honey or fibrin into the water. Water consumption gives us energy by maintaining blood volume. When blood flows throughout our bodies, it carries oxygen. This oxygen goes into our muscles to keep them pumped and--you guessed it--energized! Staying hydrated with water also keeps us active by decreasing muscle soreness during physical activity. Drink a glass or two of water, and then wait ten minutes. You’ll find that your hunger has vanished! You saved calories by taking care of your thirst, which can sometimes feel like hunger. Study found that if a person drank 17 ounces of water, they ended up burning as much as 30% more calories than when they didn't drink the water. The raised metabolic rate lasted, on average, for half an hour.
